Window actuators and motors
Window actuators: natural ventilation
TOPP actuators for natural ventilation automate the opening of windows, skylights and roof domes, including those out of reach, making it possible to use natural air exchange instead of mechanical air conditioning. They can be combined with weather sensors and with building automation systems, contributing to indoor comfort and to lower energy consumption in the building.

Actuators for smoke and heat exhaust (SHEV)
Actuators for smoke and heat exhaust, verified to EN 12101-2, open windows, roof domes and skylights in the event of fire, helping to clear smoke and heat and keeping escape routes usable. Designed for use in SHEV systems, they connect to dedicated control panels and emergency call points according to the requirements applying to the building.

Electric locking devices for motorised windows
Electric locking devices secure the leaf at the end of travel, completing the automation of the window. They ensure air and water tightness, improve resistance to intrusion and are operated in sync with the opening actuators, so that the window closes and locks correctly with no manual intervention.
Accessories for window actuators
Accessories for window automation supply power to, control and coordinate one or more electric actuators. The range includes control panels for natural ventilation, power supply units, radio receivers, weather sensors, Wi-Fi devices and smoke and heat exhaust control panels. The choice of components depends on the number and type of actuators connected, on the supply voltage and on the control modes required by the system.
