TOPP entrusts the verification of its management system and, where applicable, of product performance to independent, recognised certification bodies and testing laboratories. The certifications, test reports and attestations issued by third parties provide documented evidence that the organisation, its processes and its door and window automation comply with the requirements of the applicable standards.

TOPP's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by DNV Business Assurance, an international certification body. The scope covers the design and manufacture of actuators and systems for moving building openings intended for pedestrian access, natural ventilation and smoke and heat exhaust, as well as rapid prototyping services.

Depending on the type and intended use, TOPP products are also submitted for verification at specialist bodies and laboratories, in accordance with the technical standards and safety requirements applicable to pedestrian door automation, window actuators and smoke and heat control systems. Compliance with the standards, together with the related certifications, declarations of performance and technical documentation, allows specifiers, installers and customers to identify clearly the verified characteristics and the scope of application of each product.

TOPP works alongside customers, specifiers, manufacturers and installers in developing customised door and window automation solutions. The co-design service is aimed at settings where architectural, dimensional, functional or application characteristics call for a specific approach that a standard configuration cannot fully address.
